Hotel Rules and Restrictions
The dates are subject to change if we need the space for a banquet. The hotel has no later than two (2) months before the affected event date.
The block of rooms & link will not be available to book until 3 months before. This is just in case the dates do need to change.
The August cutoff date is July 9th.
The Septembercut off date is August 13th.
After these dates, rooms that have not been picked up will be released back into our system and any reservations made after this date will be based on availability and best available rate at time of booking, not the group rate.
